Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship anywhere in the US!

Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is received and another as soon as it's shipped with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

All US orders are shipped via USPS final mile transit times are anywhere from 3-10 business days after shipping depending on your distance from our warehouse in TX, unless of course you opt for faster delivery and would like to purchase express delivery.

Economy Shipping costs:

Orders with a cart total of less than $35.00  will incur a $5.00 shipping charge. 

Orders with a cart total of more than $35.00 will enjoy free shipping!

FedEx 2-Day Shipping costs:

For Faster Shipping, customers may purchase FedEx 2-Day for an additional $25.00. 

We are able to offer delivery to APO/FPO or PO Boxes when Economy Shipping is selected. We are sorry, Express is not available for APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

* Please note that transit times are after your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not 100% satisfied with your Roxant purchase, that's ok. Simply contact us to initiate a return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your order date.

Quality or workmanship issues are covered for 90 days.
